Full-Time Inventory Receiver & Stock Room Coordinator (NOT suitable for students)

Location: South Surrey, BC

Salary: $25 per hour to start

We are a small, independent retail store in South Surrey looking to hire a Full-Time Inventory Receiver & Stock Room Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity to join a close-knit team and make an impact in the daily operations of our store. Many opportunities as we expand our brand and work to open more stores.

Key Responsibilities

:

Receive, unload, and inspect deliveries of stock and inventory.

MUST be comfortable with APPLE computers, programs and willing to learn. We are using Lightspeed Retail.

Organize and maintain stockroom in an efficient and tidy manner. Ensure inventory is accurately tracked and entered into our system. Assist with restocking shelves and displays as needed. Perform regular stock counts and handle any discrepancies. Maintain a safe and orderly environment in the stockroom. Occasionally work the front of house in store to cover lunches.

Requirements

:

Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs. and climb stairs with ease. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent time management and problem-solving skills. Previous experience in inventory or stockroom coordination is a MUST. Positive attitude and willingness to pitch in where needed.
