Job Description

Pioneer Window & Door is a mid-sized, family style business that is manufactured, owned, and operated within Manitoba. We have been in business for more than 30 years and are steadily becoming a major player in the local industry. Pioneer is currently seeking someone to take over purchasing/inventory control as well as assist with administrative tasks. Here are the details of this opportunity:

Reports To: Management

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

-Source Products, Vendors & Information

-Communicate with Shipping regarding Pick-ups & Shipments

-Manage all Purchase Order Administration

-Assist with Accounts Payable

-Manage & confirm accuracy of Inventory Software

-Find and implement improvements

-Tasks as assigned

Preferred Experience:

-Previous Office Work, hopefully including Purchasing/Buying/Inventory Control

-Window & Door Experience

Skills Required:

-Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel

-Ability to conduct Research, Troubleshoot, & Source Information

-Good written and verbal Communication Skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
