How you create impact

Reporting to the Inventory Control Supervisor you will be accountable for continuously monitoring inventory accuracy, investigating root causes of inventory discrepancies, and leading physical inventory periodically.



Investigate and identify the root cause of inventory variances Perform physical inventory procedures and cycle counts using material handlling equipment Direct customer interaction to resolve issues. Article / Location maintenance and set-up. Compile and submit month end reports to client as required Process claims and warehouse transfers Implement and monitor of countback process Maintain Over Short & Damage (OS&D) program Investigate and solve inventory discrepancies in WMS Identify High/Low risk discrepancies Investigate customer claims Manage physical inventory counts Client exit and deletion procedures

What we would like you to bring

3+ years of logistics experience in 3PL Contract Logistics environment; 3+ years of inventory experience; Forklift license (Cherry Picker) Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills (both written and verbal) High level of attention to detail Must be flexible and able to work overtime when necessary Proven ability to investigate, analyze and reconcile inventory discrepancies; Strong time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines Intermediate MS office skills (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel skills - IF statements, macros, formulas, pivot tables and Vlookup, etc.) Understanding of Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), including how to prepare relevant data, contribute to performance analysis
