The Opportunity
As
Inventory & Supply Chain Manager
, you won't just manage stock -- you'll
engineer an efficient, intelligent system
that powers our sales and showroom network across Canada and the U.S.
You'll own:
Forecasting
Inventory flow
Supplier negotiations
Warehouse optimization
Strategic cost reduction

What You'll Do
Inventory Mastery:
Maintain precise control over inventory, valuation, and availability. Ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time -- with minimal capital tied up.
Data-Driven Forecasting:
Build and refine forecasts using sales data, trends, and market intel. Adjust fast.
Cost Optimization:
Find savings across freight, warehousing, and purchasing through negotiation, smarter planning, and process improvements.
Supplier & Freight Partnerships:
Negotiate and maintain strong relationships with vendors and shipping companies for best price and service.
ERP & SKU Strategy:
Develop scalable SKU systems and use
Odoo ERP
like a pro.
Distribution Strategy:
Oversee allocation of inventory to our showrooms nationwide. Optimize flow, minimize friction.
Warehouse & Process Improvement:
Reimagine our warehouse layout and processes to maximize efficiency.
Team Leadership:
Build and lead an operations team that runs like clockwork.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of hands-on inventory/supply chain leadership
, preferably in retail, manufacturing, or D2C
Proven success in reducing operational costs and improving flow
Strong forecasting and analytical skills (Excel & ERP wizardry expected)
Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
ERP experience (Odoo strongly preferred)
Leadership experience managing people and processes
E-commerce or high-velocity product environment is a major plus
