Position Summary

The Inventory and Production Worker plays a key role in supporting brewery operations by managing raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished goods, while assisting in day-to-day production tasks. This position ensures that inventory is accurate, organized, and readily available to keep production running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management

Receive, count, and organize raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished products. Track inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies. Assist with monthly/quarterly physical counts and reconciliations. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and storage areas.
Production Support

Assist with packaging operations (kegging, canning, bottling, labeling, etc.). Prepare and stage materials for production runs. Operate and maintain basic production equipment under supervision. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality.
General Duties

Support adherence to quality, safety, and sanitation standards. Load/unload deliveries of raw materials and finished goods. Assist with shipping orders to licensees, distributors, and customers. Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications

Previous experience in a warehouse, inventory, or production environment preferred (brewery or food/beverage industry experience is an asset). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods. Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) is an asset. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets. or other warehouse tracking software experience. A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
