About the Job

Assist our warehouse manager in creating purchase orders. Coordinate delivery of goods from domestic and overseas suppliers, including shipping and customs clearances. Organize freight and logistics File reports Assist in monitoring stocking levels in our main High River warehouse and delivery to our satellite warehouses. Communicate with vendors and logistics providers.

Job Requirements:

This job requires a highly organized individual who can accurately track the status of dozens of incoming and outgoing shipments. Ability to clearly communicate in writing internally and externally. Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite, with a willingness to learn and use other computer programs, including inventory management programs, and various shipping software. Familiarity with concepts and processes of business logistics including freight, stock management, customs clearance, and purchase orders. Ability to build relationships with suppliers and interact with people from a diversity of cultures.

Margo Supplies manufactures, imports, and distributes environmentally friendly wildlife management technology. Our head warehouse is located in High River, AB, a 20-minute drive away from South Calgary. We specialize in non-lethal products that exclude birds and large mammals from control areas in agriculture, aviation, resource extraction, and recreation industries. Our newest product line is wildlife tracking collars that are used to assist scientific study and conservation of animals.
