Overview:
The Inventory Analyst is responsible for forecasting demand of Silver Jeans E-Commerce, Dropship and Wholesale accounts, while keeping warehouse inventory levels within budget. This includes ordering seasonal fashion drops, as well as planning our replenishment program.
Essential Functions:
Working with sales team to create seasonal forecasts by wholesale customer for quarterly fashion buys.
Partnering with the E-Commerce Merchandising Manager to develop reporting & forecasting, and submitting inventory buys to support the channel.
Managing the Replenishment program for all channels by generating and honing a sales forecast, while preserving in-stock rates and achieving target inventory levels.
Establishing a workflow for maintaining inventory bulks and creating proper inventory flow to support all customers.
Facilitating sell-through tracking on fashion seasons and partnering with the sales team to identify high-risk or lagging styles.
Establish strong & collaborative relationships with the sales team, in order to effectively support wholesale & E-Commerce channels.
Identify the need for new or improved process', proposing & driving change in order to increase operational efficiency.
Analyzing the product assortment and making recommendations on product segments to expand or reduce based on data.
Identifying opportunities to maximize profitability by recognizing trends and adjusting forecasts to increase sales while partnering with the sales team to reduce inefficient inventory.

Education, Training and Experience:
3+ years of inventory planning experience
3+ years of experience managing an Open to Buy
Experience with Amazon Vendor Central is an asset
Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Proficiency in all other Microsoft applications including PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Explorer, Windows and SharePoint.

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
