Small established architectural firm seeking an intermediate or senior Architectural Technologist with experience in preparing Construction Drawings / Documentation and on-site inspection within the Maritimes to undertake small - large projects throughout New Brunswick. Working with the Principal Architect, the successful candidate will participate in all aspects of the practice. The firm has a strong focus on commercial, industrial and institutional projects.

Responsibilities

Concept Design drawings. Conduct Building Condition Assessment Studies. Prepare As-Found Documentation. Prepare Architectural Cost Estimates. Prepare Construction Drawings / Documentation. Prepare Architectural Specifications. Construction Administration (Change Orders, Shop Drawings, Etc..). Site Inspection Reports. On-site Construction Supervision. Email Corresspondance. Attend client meetings. Comfortable performing flat roof inspections.

Qualifications

Architectural Technology Diploma from accredited college Eligible for accreditation through NBSCETT Minimum 3-5 Years at previous Architectural Firm Valid NB Driver's License and reliable vehicle Strong proficiency in Autocad Strong working knowledge of Word, Outlook, Excel Experience with 3D Rendering software a strong asset (Sketchup, Twinmotion) Bilingual (English/French) an asset

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
