Duties
Manage and develop the online sales pipeline by actively sourcing new leads through various channels including social media, email campaigns, and cold calling
Engage with prospective customers via phone, email, and live chat to provide product information, answer questions, and build rapport
Conduct high-end sales negotiations to close deals efficiently while maximizing profitability and customer satisfaction
Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress
Coordinate with inventory management teams to ensure accurate vehicle listings and availability online
Support outbound sales efforts through targeted marketing campaigns and public speaking engagements at community events or auto shows
Qualifications
Proven experience in automobile sales, retail sales, or dealership environments with a strong understanding of inventory control and inventory management systems
Demonstrated success in outside sales, B2B sales, or high-end sales environments with excellent negotiation skills
Proficiency in CRM software and familiarity with automotive marketing tools
Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette, public speaking abilities, and multilingual capabilities (bilingual or multilingual candidates preferred)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously within a structured sales pipeline
Knowledge of retail math, automotive inventory control, and basic math skills for accurate deal calculations
Experience in cold calling, outbound sales strategies, upselling techniques, and customer service excellence
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team while maintaining high levels of motivation and professionalism
