Superior Customer Service skills.
Promptly responding to and following up with customer inquires via phone, internet and chat
Identify customer needs
Set appointments for customer visits
Answer incoming sales calls
Follow up with existing and potential customer to generate sales appointments
Able to multitask
Organization is a must
Be able to work in a fast pace environment
Sales experience is an asset
Excellent telephone communication skills. Calls Center experience is an asset
Excellent verbal/written communication skills
Must have a positive, energetic personality and posses a strong work ethic
Goal oriented & desire to excel
