- Superior Customer Service skills.
- Promptly responding to and following up with customer inquires via phone, internet and chat
- Identify customer needs
- Set appointments for customer visits
- Answer incoming sales calls
- Follow up with existing and potential customer to generate sales appointments
- Able to multitask
- Organization is a must
- Be able to work in a fast pace environment
- Sales experience is an asset
- Excellent telephone communication skills. Calls Center experience is an asset
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Must have a positive, energetic personality and posses a strong work ethic
- Goal oriented & desire to excel
