ROC Citizenship is expanding globally and invites experienced real estate agents to join our international sales network. We are the exclusive representative for global developers, offering world-class real estate opportunities across Dubai, the UAE, Europe, the Caribbean, and other international markets.

This is an exceptional opportunity for agents with a strong sales background and international mindset to earn lucrative commissions promoting premium global real estate, no Canadian or U.S. property sales.

Position: Independent Real Estate Agent (Global Properties)

Type: Commission-Based (100% Commission)
Location: Remote | Candidates may operate from Canada, the USA, or abroad

What You'll Do

Promote and sell exclusive international real estate developments through ROC Citizenship. Represent premium global projects from developers in Dubai, Europe, and the Caribbean. Build and manage an international client portfolio interested in investment, second residency, or vacation properties. Participate in-person sales presentations, exhibitions, and global property events.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of real estate sales experience (international or investment property sales preferred). Excellent communication and client relationship management skills. Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset, and professional presentation. Valid Canadian or U.S. real estate license not required (as all properties are located overseas). Multilingual abilities and international client exposure are strong assets.
Compensation

Strictly commission-based.
High commissions paid per successful sale through ROC Citizenship Dubai.

All properties represented by ROC Citizenship are located outside Canada and the United States.
Accordingly:

Canadian and U.S. real estate licensing laws do not apply. Agents are not required to hold a Canadian or U.S. real estate license. All transactions are governed by the respective foreign jurisdiction's property laws, and all commissions are distributed through the ROC Citizenship Dubai office. Canadian and U.S. offices serve as marketing and representation offices only.
