As an International Oversight Analyst, you will be responsible for the fund administration oversight of third-party vendors for the operations of Caribbean and Latin American domiciled investment funds. You will be responsible for building relationships and interaction with international third-party service providers and counterparties, as well as internal product and business groups both locally and internationally. You will be expected to perform various position duties independently, under general direction from the Senior Manager, and to act within department and Bank policy.

Is this role right for you? In this role you will:

• Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards and reports to support the Asset Management fund administration functions
• Implement reports in Power BI or similar technologies with data interfaces from internal and external sources such as SQL, Tableau, and other data sources
• Trouble shoot issues related to data sources from suppliers and internal databases
• Be responsible for daily net asset value oversight, including issue resolution
• Provide dealer and transfer agency support and oversight, including project management initiatives such as new products, fund terminations and re-domiciliations
• Be responsible for trade settlement oversight, including support functions such as security master maintenance, trade reconciliations, corporate actions, private placements, loans, and market openings
• Provide regulatory reporting oversight for monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual reporting to local regulators
• Review fund expenses, fund budgets, MERs and absorption calculations
• Liaise with other departments on various issues, questions, and requests for information
• Lead special projects/analyses on an ad hoc basis as assigned by the Senior Manager

The Must Haves:

• A minimum 2 to 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience working with databases, reporting, KPIs and complex data management
• Experience as an IT developer creating and automating reports
• Knowledge of fund administration, international investment funds, or asset management experience
• Familiarity of legal, regulatory, political or tax environments in Caribbean or Latin American countries is an asset
• Proficient in MS Office, primarily excel
