We are seeking multiple
International Admissions & Recruitment Officers
with proven experience in the
international student market
to join our dynamic team.
The Role
The Officer will be responsible for
developing and executing recruitment strategies
to attract and enroll international students locally or overseas. This includes business development, marketing, and admissions support to ensure recruitment targets are met and students have a positive experience.
You will work closely with management to expand BICC's presence locally and internationally, building strong relationships with students, families, and education agents.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit and advise prospective international students on BICC programs, applications, admissions, and pathways.
Plan and participate in recruitment activities, including education fairs, info sessions, and school visits (in Canada and abroad).
Develop and maintain relationships with international education agents and partner institutions.
Provide orientation and ongoing support for international students (academic, cultural, safety, settlement, and university transfer guidance).
Prepare recruitment and orientation materials, including manuals and promotional content.
Monitor student progress, provide guidance, and refer to professional support when needed.
Collaborate with management on recruitment strategies, market development, and institutional linkages.
Perform related administrative and admissions duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience in international student recruitment
, particularly in Vietnam (experience in other markets is an asset).
Strong knowledge of the secondary and post-secondary education system in Canada and abroad.
Fluency in
English
(written and spoken), plus proficiency in additional languages from our key recruitment regions--such as
Turkish, Vietnamese, Korean, or Chinese
--is a strong asset.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel (domestic and international); travel expenses paid by employer.
Experience in marketing and business development is an asset.
