We are looking for someone with well-balanced interpersonal skills, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn\xe2\x80\x99t afraid to ask the question, \xe2\x80\x9cWhat can we do differently to enhance the member experience?\xe2\x80\x9d.How you\xe2\x80\x99ll be spending your time

• Supporting our Internal Solutions Centre team with understanding, troubleshooting, and research assistance of member transactions
• Playing a key role in proactively identifying and handling risks
• Administering GL reconciliations, remittances, report review and balancing
• Interacting with team members, retail branches, and other corporate services departments to provide support, input, knowledge and feedback
• Proactively identifying and researching the best solutions that meet our members\xe2\x80\x99 needs and improve their financial well being
