Account Manager

About the Role:
As our
Account Manager
, you'll be the go-to contact for wholesale clients, ensuring seamless service from order placement to delivery. You'll work across departments--from marketing to logistics--to support national accounts, small businesses, and specialty toy stores. Creativity, organization, and clear communication are key!
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and nurture client relationships with retailers and wholesale partners
Serve as the main point of contact for order processing, product updates, and support
Coordinate marketing materials using
Adobe InDesign
and
Photoshop
Use
Advanced Excel
to track sales data, client history, and reporting
Maintain professional and friendly
phone communication
with clients
Contribute to
sales growth
by identifying upsell opportunities and supporting reps
Assist with
social media
campaigns and content for marketing promotions
Work with the web team on client-facing
website content
and e-commerce updates
Support trade show and event planning, both virtual and in-person
Ensure high standards of
organization
, accuracy, and attention to detail across all tasks

Required Skills

Proficiency in
Adobe InDesign
and
Photoshop
Strong background in
customer service
and
sales support
Excellent verbal and written communication, with
professional phone etiquette
Advanced skills in
Microsoft Excel
(formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts at once
Familiarity with
social media
and basic
digital marketing
strategies
Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently or on a team
Experience with
website content management
and product updates
Preferred Qualifications:
2-4 years of account management or sales support experience
Experience in wholesale, distribution, or consumer goods--
toys a plus!
Familiarity with retail buying cycles, trade shows, and B2B relationships
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
