Full Time and Locum Opportunities Available

Benefits: Retention package of $8,000 after the first year of service, $16,000 after 24 months, and $24,000 after 36 months

Location:

Western Health, situated on the scenic west coast of Newfoundland and Labrador, is seeking the services of an Internal Medicine Specialist for Western Memorial Regional Hospital, Corner Brook, Newfoundland.

Western Memorial Regional Hospital is a 171-bed regional referral center for Western Newfoundland and provides services to a population base of approximately 78,000 people. They are affiliated with Memorial University of Newfoundland and Labrador Faculty of Medicine and they encourage and support academic interests.

Remuneration:

This position is fee-for-service and remuneration will be in accordance with the Memorandum of Agreement and MCP Fee Schedule.

Qualifications:

Eligible for registration and licensure as a Neurologist with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Newfoundland (CPSNL)

Specialist training in Internal Medicine

Royal College of Canada Certification or eligibility

MCCQE1 exam OR a complete set of USMLE\'s
