Role and Facility Information

We are seeking a dedicated Infectious Disease physician to join our collaborative and expanding team serving Kelowna, BC and surrounding areas. This role offers a balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient care, including consults for hospitalized patients, management of those in the Home IV antibiotic program, and outpatient follow-up. You'll provide timely assessments, detailed documentation, and ongoing care within an interdisciplinary model, while also supporting colleagues through education and consultation on infection prevention, antimicrobial stewardship, and our Outpatient Antimicrobial Therapy (OPAT) Clinic. The position includes opportunities for bedside teaching of medical learners and allied health professionals, as well as participation in clinically relevant research addressing both individual patient needs and broader public health issues. You'll contribute to program planning, quality improvement, and committee work, all within a hospital-supported environment that provides essential resources, clerical support, and a regional shared salary contract with no overhead.

Relocation Funding Available
