We are looking for an Internal Legal Advisor to join our team!

We are looking for a

Legal & Regulatory Advisor

to join our team and provide guidance on regulatory, competition, and legal matters across the organisation. The role combines hands-on legal work with collaboration with local and EU authorities, ensuring our company operates with full transparency and compliance.

Location

: This is an

, full time position based at our headquarters in Nicosia or Limassol.

What will you be doing?

Provide legal advice and support to management on regulatory, competition, and contractual matters. Draft and review client, vendor, and partner agreements. Prepare regulatory submissions and correspondence with authorities such as the OCECPR and the European Commission. Monitor changes in local and EU legislation and assess their impact. Represent the company in meetings, hearings, and consultations. Support teams in applying regulatory requirements. Ensure compliance with licensing and other regulatory obligations. Identify legal or compliance risks and propose practical solutions. Collaborate with external counsel on major matters. Contribute to internal policies and compliance strategies.

We are looking for you if you have:

A Law Degree At least 2 years' experience in legal, regulatory, or compliance roles. Knowledge of Cyprus and EU regulatory frameworks. Excellent command of Greek and English. Strong organisational and time management skills. Integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail. Clear communication and teamwork skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform under pressure. Resilient, proactive, and adaptable. Willingness to travel when required.
