Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Internal Auditor is responsible for providing independent, objective assurance and consulting services that enhance organizational operations by evaluating and improving risk management, control, and governance processes. The majority of the role involves conducting corporate and subsidiary audits, followed by specialized audits such as IT, pension, and anti-corruption audits, and supporting ad hoc financial and operational requests. Additionally, the role includes developing and presenting an annual audit plan based on organizational risk areas.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Lead corporate and subsidiary audits across various business cycles, including ICFR testing and reporting findings to the Audit Committee (50%).
Conduct specialized audits (e.g., IT, pension, anti-corruption, expense reports) and support investigations and external audit coordination (25%).
Provide ad hoc support to finance and operations teams, including analysis, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration (15%).
Develop and present the annual audit plan based on organizational risk areas and schedule site visits (10%).
Do you qualify? We are seeking:
2+ years of Internal Auditing experience
Education:
+ Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field - required Certifications:
+ CPA - required Strong communication skills
Knowledge of public company regulatory compliance requirements
Knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel at an intermediate to advanced level
Superior organizational, prioritization and multi-tasking skills
