The Internal Auditor will be responsible for providing value added services to internal customers throughout the company. Our approach is to offer training and collaborative solutions to improve the success and profitability of each business unit. The team also provides assurance to senior management regarding the control environment and risk assessment of the organization within an entrepreneurial, multi-location environment.

Responsibilities:
Act as a business advisor to Branch Managers across Ontario, exhibiting strong business judgment. Assess situations quickly and devise action plans for the Branch and their teams. Conduct operational, process, and financial reviews for all business units. Proactively identify and mitigate risks while enhancing business controls. Serve as an advisor in various issues, including acquisition due diligence, fraud investigations, and external audits.
Review and analyze information, providing recommendations on internal controls, cash flow, information security, and operational efficiency.
Bridge communication between the Branch and Noble's National Support Centre. Support ongoing changes to company systems and practices through training and project involvement. Write Standard Practice Instructions and Job Aids for clear communication of controls and process simplification. Maintain strict confidentiality, uphold a strong controls mindset, and remain objective and independent. Participate in special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

Must Haves

1-3 years' experience in business/accounting/operations Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for timely issue resolution Demonstrated interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills to build positive relationships with stakeholders Flexible and willing to travel at least 30% of the time Valid Driver's License with access to a vehicle

Nice to Have

CIA or CPA designation is an asset
