Nous sommes a la recherche d'un(e) Adjoint(E) - Ventes Internationales (Temps partiel) pour rejoindre notre equipe chez FieldTurf, un leader mondial dans le domaine du gazon synthetique. Reconnu a tous les niveaux, FieldTurf fait la surface des stades de la NFL et de la MLS, de programmes universitaires renommes, des colleges elite et des installations communautaires locales. Axe sur l'innovation , FieldTurf contribue a d'etre un acteur de changements pour les athletes et les proprietaires d'installations. Ce poste suit un horaire hybride a notre bureau de Montreal et relevera de Nadia Padron.

Ton impact sur le terrain:

Sous la responsabilite de notre gestionnaire des ventes internationales, l'Adjoint, Ventes Internationales apportera un soutien aux operations de ventes internationales, aux initiatives marketing et a la gestion des relations clients, en collaboration avec des equipes multidisciplinaires pour contribuer a des projets a l'echelle mondiale.

Plus precisement :Participer a la preparation et a la mise a jour des outils de vente pour les marches internationaux. Offrir un soutien dans le processus apres-vente afin d'assurer une communication fluide et un service de qualite aupres des clients internationaux. Creer, mettre a jour et maintenir la liste de references internationales pour les ventes et le marketing. Collaborer avec l'equipe marketing pour la creation et la planification de contenu sur les reseaux sociaux afin de mettre en valeur les projets internationaux. Effectuer le suivi des pistes internationales recues via le site Web de l'entreprise et assurer leur transfert rapide aux gestionnaires des ventes. Contribuer a la coordination et a la preparation des evenements internationaux, salons commerciaux et rencontres clients.

Ton profil de champion(ne)Formation en commerce international, administration des affaires, marketing ou domaine connexe (un atout). Sens du detail, bonne organisation et capacite a gerer les priorites. Excellentes aptitudes en communication orale et ecrite; la connaissance d'autres langues constitue un atout. Capacite a travailler en equipe et a respecter les delais. Maitrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

We are seeking an INTERNATION SALES ASSISTANT to support our team at FieldTurf, a world leader in artificial turf with over 25,000 installations worldwide. What you'll do:
Reporting to our International Sales Manager, the International Sales Assistant will support international sales operations, marketing initiatives, and customer relationship management, working closely with cross-functional teams to contribute to global projects.
More specifically:Assist in the development and preparation of brand sales materials for international markets. Provide support in the post-sale process, ensuring smooth communication and service with international customers. Create, update, and maintain the international reference list for sales and marketing purposes. Support the creation and scheduling of social media content in collaboration with the marketing team to showcase international projects. Follow up on international leads received through the company website and ensure timely handover to sales managers. Assist in the coordination and preparation of international events, trade shows, and client meetings.

What you need for success:Background in International Business, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an asset. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; additional languages are an asset. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
