We're looking for someone who's ready to get involved and help us deliver all our projects. If that sounds like you, then we invite you to join our Client Experience Team as an intern for the summer 2025!



What you can expect from the internship
First of all, let's emphasize what it will not involve: a high proportion of particularly tedious tasks. Your mission will consist of supporting the team and participating in the same projects as they do, enabling us to achieve our goals with our clientele: all the teams of Laurentian Bank.

Responsibilities


So, on the menu, a variety of activities related to customer experience, marketing research, and strategic planning, such as:
Contributing to the dissemination of knowledge regarding the Voice of the Customer program by creating impactful presentations Supporting the execution of all stages of several research projects: designing questionnaires, reviewing and translating, monitoring data collection, preliminary analyses, etc. Conducting quantitative and qualitative data analyses to uncover new customer insights Ensuring the documentation of the research program or other programs Supporting the team in meeting preparations Helping establish an internal site for the customer experience team Writing communications Participating in various projects related to strategic planning

Qualifications

is a graduate student in marketing with a keen interest in research Mastery of the languages of Moliere and Shakespeare, both spoken and written
is organized and has the ability to wear many hats at once keeps cool under pressure and can adapt to different situations--the very definition of versatility has a good analytical mind and is resourceful is able to work very independently has an eye for detail is inquisitive and ready to share their views and knowledge of the academic world is perceptive, proactive and full of energy!
