What are your contributions to the team?

Improve/update XML importer tool (VBA) Create macro Edit Pad Pro Create/update using PowerBI, reports to provide data about the User Comment workflow Management System (CMS) & Text Editor (Edit Pad Pro) Create/revise Salesforce cases to track User Comments Revise troubleshooting procedures as required using the web based Typo3 Content Verify information using research and consultation with Subject Matter Experts (SME). Ensure Troubleshooting Procedures meet company requirements, using checklists and other instructional documents as a part of any revisions that you make. Other duties as assigned. ###
