The "Distribution Evolution, Automation and Quality Assurance - Corporate" main department is aiming to make a major shift towards "Product" delivery mode for all the solutions of the Strategy, Marketing, Products and Banking Solutions - Corporate Vice-Presidency. The role of Transformation Intern is designed to support this initiative.

As such, you will report directly to a Senior Manager, and as such, you will be a strategic player in the transformation of delivery modes into "product" mode.

As such, you will actively contribute to the transformation of work teams, starting with the evolution of technology solution delivery modes towards product mode delivery squads.

You will support the various parties involved in work organization transformation files and projects, as well as strategic and highly innovative mandates. In this respect, you will contribute to the design and performance monitoring of technological solutions, deploy work tools with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to the adoption of best practices.

You proactively identify and develop opportunities to improve the way things are done within the organization.

You contribute to the construction of operational models, the analysis of business opportunities, the documentation of technological products and the implementation of tools to enhance the mastery of our solutions.

You will formulate recommendations for the development and implementation of files or projects of high operational and conceptual complexity, requiring a global and in-depth analysis and understanding of the business field and the organization.

Main responsbilities

Support the transformation of delivery modes to "product" mode by analyzing and recommending work team structures, developing governance models and documentation, and supporting resources in the adoption of new work modes

Develop and implement performance management mechanisms

Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation

Advise and support partners in the positioning, planning, development, implementation and follow-up of various strategic and organizational transformation projects and mandates under your responsibility

Ensure the development and evolution of policies, standards, models and programs in support of your unit\'s strategic projects and mandates.

Other working conditions

Workplace: Position located in Montreal or Levis, depending on the applicant selected. The work arrangement for the position is hybrid work #LI-Hybrid

Temporary work: scheduled to end on September 13, 2024

Other relevant information: University internship of 3 to 4 months (flexible dates)

Qualifications

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s student in engineering or in a related field

Experience in finance (an asset)

Experience in product management (an asset)

Experience in team management (an asset)

Experience in agile delivery (an asset)

Experience in process efficiency and optimization (an asset)

Experience in business analysis (an asset)

Experience in innovation (an asset)

Experience in entrepreneurship or any other relevant field (an asset).

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
