Place of work: Manitoulin Island, on-site at the MICA's main office (Mindemoya), NorthChannel Bike Park (Honora Bay) and some remote work.
Starting Date: May 19, 2026
Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate summer staff, volunteers, clients, and customers at the NorthChannel Bike Park
Develop advertisements on social media platforms
Trail maintenance
Mountain bike experience is an asset but not mandatory
Administrative tasks for the Bike Park and all other MICA endeavors
Reporting at MICA board meetings
Hands-on help with all of MICA's offerings, planning, and events
Willing to work weekends from June-October (Tuesday & Wednesday off); winter months weekends off
Must have a valid driver's licence and own a vehicle
Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Training provided
