AAA Canada is a manufacturing company that has been providing subcontracting and technical assistance to industrialization, production and maintenance processes for about 15 years!
We operate in the Aerospace, Ground Transportation and Energy sectors.
A typical day?
The Digital Marketing Specialist intern works with the Director of Customer Experience and Engagement and is responsible for maintaining and developing AAA Canada\'s online community through community management and content publishing. He/she will ensure a consistent brand experience across all channels in support of the overall marketing strategy and growth of the business.- Handle and respond to daily customer enquiries on all social media platforms;
- Gather up-to-date information on current social media trends and competitors;
- Research and present content ideas while maintaining the AAA Canada tone;
- Create content for all social media platforms;
- Create and maintain a content calendar for all social media platforms;
- Data entry and report creation for all social media analysis;
- Tracking all active collaborations to ensure all partnership requirements are met;
- Work closely with the creative and digital marketing teams;
- Assist in the organisation and creation of monthly content.
- Assist with job fairs and event coordination
- Ordering promotional items.
Qualifications:
0 to 1 year experience.- Degree in marketing, public relations, communications, business related qualifications or equivalent.
- Good understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube ;
- Creative with strong writing skills and knowledge of social media trends;
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task while working to tight deadlines;
- Self-starter and resourceful with the ability to use own initiative; Strong communication, problem solving and presentation skills;
- Ability to take initiative and work in a team; Knowledge of marketing metrics:
- CPM, CPC, Impressions, Reach, Engagement, Conversion rate, etc... An understanding of SEO is an asset. Knowledge of Photoshop is an asset.
- Bilingualism (French - English) in speaking and writing is an important asset for communication in our multilingual environment and technical documentation.
