Based in the Canadian head office in Brantford Ontario, you will be a part of a dynamic marketing division. In this role, you will be working closely with the Brand team lead; you will be responsible for initiating, developing, recommending and executing marketing plans for an assigned brand and group of products. What is unique about our Marketing role is that you will work with senior levels in the organization making strategic presentations to guide decision-making. You will work within a team environment to develop and execute business plans geared towards strengthening brand equity. Job Requirements / Skills Required:
- Demonstrated capacity for strong analytical skills with precise attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to think strategically, analyze various business situations and make actionable recommendations.
- Long term interest in Consumer Packaged Goods
- Flexibility, market dynamics change quickly and the successful candidate needs to be able to adapt quickly to new information;
- Demonstrated capacity for leadership;
- Strong Project Management skills;
- AC Neilson experience/ knowledge an asset
