What are your contributions to the team?

Ensure adherence to production schedules and, when necessary, coordinate catch-up plans with all stakeholders Ensure that the required parts are available on time at the assembly line (customer) Manage machine workloads and track work-in-progress; take action to eliminate potential delays impacting the customer Interact with multiple cross-functional teams (Logistics-Procurement, Methods, Industrial Engineering, Quality, Production, etc.) Participate in improvement projects (Achieving Excellence, 5S, Cost and Inventory Reduction, Value-Added Production, etc.) ###

How to thrive in this role?

College-level or Bachelor's degree student in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations and Logistics, or Operations Management. Strong interest in planning, work coordination, continuous improvement, and value-added production. Proficient in both written and spoken French and English. Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with the SAP ERP system.
