The incumbent acts as a specialist to analyze, identify, implement, manage and recommend corrective actions that have an impact on the packaging process (bottles and blisters).
Responsibilities and duties :
Responsible for the implementation of actions related to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards, to improve compliance of the packaging department to:
- reduce production releases,
- improvement of standard packaging times,
- participate in proposals for improvements in the ergonomics of work and the layout of workstations.
- The appropriateness of their frequencies,
- The time required for completion,
- The moment required (during operations or at a line stop).
- Offers solutions and participates in the implementation with the agreement of the quality assurance department and the SST group in order to maintain respective compliance.
Participates in Continuous Improvement and/or Lean projects through observation Of packaging processes, analyzing inefficiency contributors, proposing solutions and implementing various corrective actions and projects.
Must demonstrate good interpersonal skills with plant employees with whom there will be interactions during exploratory projects or information.
Working conditions and physical environment
Must be at ease in an industrial setting. Work will consist of both on the plant floor support and computer type work. Must Wear personal protective equipment (masks, hard-cover shoes, etc.) according to safety codes defined. May be requested to have a flexible schedule when required to perform observations on each work shift.
