What are your contributions to the team?

Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs; Identify problems, analyze, synthesize, design and make recommendations; Guiding and supporting employees in understanding and solving technical problems related to machines; Implement the solutions chosen following the analyzes; Solve problems related to the supply of parts; Support operations during plant shutdown; Take charge of various maintenance-related issues; Project management; ###

How to thrive in this role?

You are familiar with the industrial maintenance field; You are enrolled in a mechanical or automated manufacturing engineering program; Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and general fluency with computer systems; You have a good knowledge of written and spoken French and English; The candidate will demonstrate very good communication skills, be organized in his / her work to meet multiple daily deliverables and take initiatives to improve the way things are done.
