What you will do




Review and execution of internal procedure (announcement, Contract Summary, presentations) Monthly update of KPI tracker (MSA, direct sourcing, maintenance, purchasing) Use of SpendCube to prioritize categories/suppliers, price tracking, should-cost analysis Creation of presentations (deck, one-pagers), decision log Maintenance of a consolidated timeline (Planner), task tracking, weekly status updates Rigorous monitoring of performance indicators with partners, aligned with our procurement and maintenance strategy Produce in-depth market analyses to support negotiations Monitor the performance of initiatives




This role could be for you if you have



Previous internship experience in construction project management is an asset Strong analytical skills, enabling you to measure performance and formulate actionable recommendations Contractual literacy, including the ability to read and draft contracts Cross-functional coordination experience, working with various stakeholders to align on goals and deliverables Project management capabilities, including timeline tracking, status reporting, and follow-up on key initiatives A strategic mindset, with the ability to conduct market analyses and prioritize categories and suppliers effectively Benefits
