An exciting co-op opportunity awaits a motivated student at our Calgary, AB office beginning May 2024 for an approximate 8-month term. This is a temporary, full-time, hourly-paid position open to current students who will be returning to their studies once this work term is complete. This position is not available for remote work.

What you will do:

• Gather and analyze underwriting information for policy renewals
• Upload data into the risk management information system for insurance renewals
• Policy documentation and invoice administration and processing
• Manage evidence of insurance required by vendors
• Maintain and update team SharePoint sites
• Actively support other projects and initiatives as required
• Preparation of risk and insurance materials and presentations for various stakeholders
• Contribute to various other projects
• Business research, including reviewing and summarizing publications, peer disclosures, and web articles

What you will bring:

• Currently enrolled in 3rd or 4th year of a Business, Commerce, or equivalent undergraduate degree program at an accredited post-secondary institution AND returning to full-time studies after the work term
