WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

HR Admin Intern

to support our People team with day-to-day administrative tasks and HR processes. This entry-level role is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in Human Resources and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Hourly Rate

is $22.00/hour

WHAT YOU'D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE

Provide administrative support for HR programs and day-to-day operations, including preparation of documents, forms, employment letters, onboarding and offboarding actions, and other employee change related processes Participate in and support various HR projects Maintain and organize employee records and files Assist with Total Rewards team with ad hoc reporting, compliance checks and audits
Perform other related administrative duties to support the broader People & Culture team

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE:

Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficient in using various technologies and tools, including Google Workspace Suite and MS Office suite. Comfortable working with data and learning new HR systems (e.g., HRIS) Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
