Job Description

Under the supervision of the VP Fashion, the Graphic Coordinator will assist the Fashion Division that include the Product and Sales team, to ideate and produce catalogue pages for email use in line with the brand positioning and business objectives. The Graphic Coordinator will also be responsible for producing approval sheets for all products for all relevant brands. The person must be passionate, motivated, a supporter that works collaboratively with the Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary tools needed for customer presentations. The work is done primarily in an office environment, but it may require some light lifting when organizing showrooms and handling samples.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare descriptions of various styles, Handbags, Lunch Bags, Umbrellas, Wallets.
  • Filling in approval sheets for all styles and various brands
  • Handling of new samples arriving
  • Make presentation pages to present the products
  • Make photo editing for presentation pages of pictures received from the graphic department
  • Communicating with customers and licensors regarding their needs
Education and Experience:
  • College degree
  • 1-3 years of experience working in InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Experience with the Mac Plateform
Skills and Abilities:
  • Being able to lift light loads.
  • Personal qualities of integrity, credibility and commitment
  • Good time management and ability to multi-task with changing priorities
  • Ability to work with a high volume of requests and meet deadlines.
  • Creativity skills and problem-solving aptitude
  • Ability to work with others in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong attention to details
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French
