What are your contributions to the team?
Review, Process and Monitor Disability Claims
Process and manage employee files
Communicate with Insurance Provider
Participate in claim review meetings with the HR Director, HR Manager, and Medical Consultant
Coordinate with HR on complex claims
Facilitate employee accommodations and return to work
Prepare Letters on behalf of HR
Participate in WSIB Claims
Prepare offer letters of accommodations
Participate in HR Projects

You have excellent Excel skills
You are autonomous and motivated
You are flexible and able to work in a complex and fast-paced work environment
You are detail-oriented
You have strong communication and writing skills
You are enrolled in a Business, Human Resources, or a Disability Management program
