Intern, Digital


Our Data, Digital and Design team includes digital marketers, media planners, analysts and creative thinkers. We bring together strategy, data and technology to design campaigns that deliver measurable impact for clients across sectors.


As an Intern, Digital, you'll support the execution of paid media and social campaigns, help track and analyze performance, and contribute to reporting and optimization. You'll also have opportunities to explore SEO tactics, test new tools (including AI?assisted platforms), and learn how data shapes digital strategy.


This internship is ideal for someone with a keen interest in digital marketing, who thrives in a fast?paced environment, enjoys digging into analytics, and is curious about new tools and techniques. Intern's responsibilities include but are not exclusive to the following:

Campaign Support & Administration



Assist in planning, setting up and monitoring paid media campaigns across platforms (e.g., Meta, LinkedIn, X, Google Ads). Help schedule and publish social media posts; ensure content calendars are updated, and deadlines are met. Organize campaign assets (creative files, copy decks, approvals) and maintain shared folders. Support senior team members by preparing meeting notes, status updates, and background briefs.

Analytics & Optimization



Collaborate with senior team members to optimize campaign perfroamce and pull data from social media and advertising dashboards to monitor performance (impressions, clicks, conversions) from various platforms, including social media and Google ads. Compile weekly or monthly analytics reports and highlight key trends, monitoring campaign performance across multiple platforms Assist in A/B testing and provide observations on what's working and what isn't. Explore and test emerging tools-including AI platforms-for reporting, content ideation, or automation.

SEO & Content Insights



Conduct basic keyword research and competitive scans. Help with on page reviews (titles, meta descriptions), analysis or recommend optimizations based on best practices. Help with on-page SEO audits of website content (copy, meta title/description) Monitor organic performance metrics and flag opportunities for improvement.

Skills & Qualifications



Strong interest in digital marketing-coursework, personal projects, or co op experience is an asset. Familiarity with social platforms and advertising dashboards (e.g., Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) is helpful but not required. Comfortable with Microsoft suite; exposure to analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio) is a plus. Interest in learning SEO fundamentals and testing AI assisted tools to improve workflows. Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks with guidance. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
