You will lead impactful campaigns that share updates, stories, and ways to access our supports. Make a meaningful difference by:
Developing and promoting routine content (e.g. posts, blogs, stories, newsletters, etc.) through online mediums
Creating appealing visual designs, using our branding guide and graphical assets, working collaboratively with our designers
Acting as a community organizer to nurture and strengthen relationships with online communities
Acting as a storyteller that gives elevates lived experience
Overseeing marketing cycles, including brainstorming, planning, execution, and reflection
Contributing to high-level organizational goals, including in relation to diversity, engagement, and reach
You may also assist with:
Coordinating advisory groups, administrative duties (i.e. communication for programs and evaluation processes), report creation, as well as presenting at public forums and conferences
We're recruiting full-time interns and employees (35 hours/week), at an hourly wage of $17.20-$30.00/hours.

Experience with innovating and following systems for working collaboratively in diverse teams, including for tracking progress, posting drafts, sharing feedback, and visualizing timelines
Ability to prioritize multiple projects in parallel and manage time-sensitive deadlines
3) PEOPLE SKILLS
Skilled capacity to initiate, strengthen and build diverse relationships in a way that is authentic, intentional, and meaningful
Enjoys learning new perspectives, having thoughts challenged, and composing thoughtful replies to content made by others
Personal lived experience of mental health and skills for recovery
4) CREATIVITY
Inventiveness to transform personal lived experience into original equity-seeking initiatives that are relatable, fun, and have measurable outcomes
