About the team you are joining



IATA's Business Intelligence Services are the focal point and driving force for data management and global BI services for the aviation industry. In this role, reporting to the Senior Manager DDS Operations, the intern will be supporting the day-to-day administrative operations and delivery of the BIS team.


What your day would be like


Provide Level 1 customer support using SalesForce platform; triage and track all incoming customer queries related to BIS Create and keep track of incident tickets in JIRA platform Support, liaise and coordinate with the vendor and internal stakeholders for user access troubleshooting Assist the team in testing activities for enhancement and hot-fix release cycles Assist in the preparation of ad-hoc reports/documents/presentations. Provide additional support on day-to-day operational activities as required.

University degree in a relevant discipline Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task effectively Ability to set priorities and work with high level of accuracy Excellent communications skills with a strong customer focus Attention to detail and strong analytical skills Must be fluent in spoken and written English. Knowledge of additional regional language(s) will be an asset
