CSpace Architecture Inc. is a small architectural firm with an office in Bolton, ON. Our workload consists of residential, commercial and industrial projects with exciting opportunities. We're looking for a skilled and motivated individual capable of working independently.

Qualifications include:

B.AS, M.Arch, Licensed Technologist OAAAS, M.A.A.T.O. or graduate of Architectural Technology program at a post-secondary institution recognized by the Province of Ontario. 2+ years relative work experience. Experience with a variety of building types and sizes. Working knowledge of the Ontario Building Code and navigation of Zoning Bylaws. Experience creating full sets of construction drawings with specifications. Experience with deliverables, documentation and administration across project phases for a broad range of building types. Strong proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD and MS Office required. Knowledge of Sketchup and Photoshop preferable. Strong understanding of drafting principles and construction details. Strong English writing skills. Must be detail oriented, self-motivated and able to work independently. Positive attitude and commitment to professional growth.
Duties include:

Responsibility for creating schematic and construction drawing sets from sketches and feedback provided by the lead architect. Able to cover all aspects of construction documentation and administration project phases including contract administration, shop drawing review and site inspections. Co-ordinate with consultants and contractors to help provide necessary information and assist in solving problems.

Pay: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
