Our client is seeking an Intermediate Software Developer
Key Deliverables - Intermediate Software Developer
Product Requirements & Analysis: Translate technical specifications into functional, tested applications. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business and system requirements, conduct impact assessments, and document design walkthroughs.
Product Delivery: Develop detailed programming specifications and write code using PL/SQL, SQL, XML, Unix shell scripts, and Oracle Data Integrator. Execute unit tests, troubleshoot issues, and support implementation, conversion, and migration activities. Provide post-deployment support and resolve technical defects.
Prioritization & Planning: Design and maintain scalable solutions across Oracle E-Business modules (GL, AR, AP, INV, Collections). Optimize performance through SQL tuning and partitioning. Plan and execute testing strategies including functional, integration, performance, and accessibility testing (AODA/WCAG).
Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with IT leads, QA teams, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment across the SDLC. Document system changes, user guides, and technical specifications. Support cross-functional teams in data reconciliation and ETL processes.
Technical Expertise: Apply deep knowledge of Oracle EBS architecture, Java, ADF, OBIEE, and middleware technologies. Use tools like Jira, Bugzilla, and WAVES for issue tracking and accessibility validation. Ensure compliance with IM principles and government standards.
Must Have:
At least 3+ years of experience designing solutions with Oracle Siebel CRM or Adobe AEM technologies
Experience with developing business design document, functional & non- functional requirements
Experience with developing high level application flows to support the business requirements.
Experience in developing functional design document
