Job Description

We are looking for responsible and skilled

intermediate and senior renovation workers

to join our team. If you have solid renovation experience and wish to work in a stable, professional environment that respects your trade, we welcome you to apply!

RESPONSIBILITIES:



Intermediate Worker Responsibilities:



Independently carry out most renovation tasks. Proficient in tiling, flooring installation, drywall installation, plastering, etc. Collaborate with the team to complete tasks on time and with high quality.

Senior Worker Responsibilities:



Independently manage renovation job sites. Supervise and lead intermediate workers and apprentices. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the renovation process. Create material lists according to project needs and assist with procurement.

QUALIFICATIONS:



Must have legal working status. Minimum 3 years of relevant renovation experience. Proficient in basic renovation skills (tiling, flooring, drywall, plastering, etc.). Able to adapt to job site conditions, follow instructions, and work well in a team. Senior workers must have strong site management and coordination skills. Driver's license preferred.
