  • Developing strategies to manage asset risks effectively.
  • Establishing and maintaining asset risk management and reporting frameworks.
  • Conducting comprehensive asset risk assessments.
  • Creating and presenting detailed risk reports.
  • Developing key performance indicators (KPIs) and measurement methodologies.
  • Collaborating with client stakeholders for risk assessments.
  • Performing end-to-end data analytics, including data collection, transformation, analysis, and visualization.
  • Mentor junior staff and support the development of training materials and carries out formal and informal staff education, training, and mentorship sections.
  • Responsible and ethical handling, manipulation, and analysis of data.
  • Engaging with clients to comprehend their challenges and provide data-driven solutions.
  • Lead projects within the team, including managing resource, schedule, budget and client expectations Active involvement in proposals and business development.
  • Deliver on assigned marketing and sales of services within the BL
  • Responsible for contributing to the overall BL strategic plan and key initiatives
  • Client Interaction and Management both as a project lead and senior project team member.
  • Supports the Managers, in the selection of client engagement teams, development of engagement methodologies, work scheduling and workload balancing.

Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree in business, economics, computer science, engineering, or related field.
  • 4-10 years of relevant consulting experience; consulting firm experience is a plus.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in project development, financial analysis, modeling, and asset management.
  • Familiarity with financial, commercial, or project development aspects.
  • Experience in government, infrastructure, or utility consulting is advantageous.
Overview of knowledge and job requirements:
  • Proficiency in Excel VBA programming.
  • Effectively communicating complex technical solutions to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in conducting market analysis, stakeholder consultations, and strategic planning.
  • Strong organizational and self-management skills, capable of handling multiple assignments.
  • Excel in research, interpretation, and analysis of asset management, risk management, energy markets, and related areas.
  • Are self-starters, committed to professional excellence and follow-through.
  • Have advanced knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excel in oral and written communication and presentation.
  • Progressive experience in data analysis, visualization, and ETL (extract, transform, load) processes.
