Your Impact:
As an Intermediate Architect, you\xe2\x80\x99ll have the responsibility for supporting building projects and leading the design and decision-making process for smaller to mid-sized projects. You\xe2\x80\x99ll have the support of working under a Senior Project Architect for complex large projects. You\xe2\x80\x99ll have the opportunity to work on complex and challenging industrial and commercial building types in the municipal and private sector. Use your technical expertise, while also learning from and collaborating with the team. You\'ll deliver and coordinate detailed designs while participating in design and support construction activities, studies, and analyses. You\xe2\x80\x99ll have the chance to utilize your great communication skills, technical expertise, and ambition. Here\xe2\x80\x99s What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Need:

  • Masters or Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Architecture.
  • 5 years experienced as a licensed Architect in Canada (OAA, AIBC, AAA, SAA, OR MAA)
  • 5 years applicable experience in designing buildings and working in multiple phases of a project including contract administration.
  • Experience with applying national or local provincial building codes and permitting.
  • Experience in designing any building types of the following occupancies: industrial, assembly, business & personal services.
  • Experience in Revit or Aecosim or similar BIM platforms; AutoCAD, Navisworks, Bluebeam,
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite is an asset.
