We're seeking an Intermediate Digital Product Owner to help drive the development of our customer and back-of-office applications. You'll work closely with the digital development team to define, prioritize, and deliver high-impact features that will have a lasting effect on the Canadian meal - delivery landscape.

What You'll Be Doing

Creating and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders
Understanding and documenting business processes to inform feature planning, and feature prioritization
Breaking down large project requirements into manageable user stories
Leading agile ceremonies: backlog grooming, estimation sessions, and sprint planning
Owning the product backlog for one or more cross-functional development teams
Collaborating with design and development teams to build new features or enhance workflows within the application
Supporting delivery of features through the app store release process, including submission and compliance incorporation of app store/social media sourced customer feedback
Creating test plans for large feature releases, coordinating testing efforts, and leading discussions on bug-fix prioritization
Conducting user journey mapping and building low-fidelity prototypes to facilitate further discussion among business stakeholders
Leading discussions surrounding, app metrics for engagement, quality, uptime with specific focus towards our mobile application (iOS and Android)
Feature testing and validation for completeness
What We Are Looking For
---------------------------
4+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Associate Product Manager, or as a Digital Product Manager
Proven track record of delivering mobile application features and updates to iOS and Android app stores
Experience in managing a robust product portfolio with complete ownership, including performance metrics
Having coordinated market and user research sessions to inform your feature priority
Proficiency with data analysis tools such as GA4, BigQuery SQL, and Data Studio (or Looker), and the ability to integrate data from multiple sources to support decision-making
Experience with go-to-market planning, QA coordination, and release cycle management
Strong writing skills for clear and concise user stories and structured documentation
A team-oriented mindset -- you value positivity, continuous growth
Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
An individual contributor having worked with diverse teams and a diverse array of tools
