Opportunity Summary:

We are currently seeking a full-time Technical Writer to join the Upland team. This Technical Writer will be responsible for BA Insight technical documentation. They will edit, write, update, and publish documentation working with several content management systems. Our ideal candidate has 5-7 years of experience writing documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences, is highly motivated, results-driven, and has an eye for detail.

Primary Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Write, edit, manage, and deliver product documentation, including online help and release notes.

\xc2\xb7 Work closely with Product Management, Development, and other SMEs to verify the accuracy of the documentation and gather information on new features and updates.

\xc2\xb7 Act as the primary point of contact for product documentation for internal stakeholders.

\xc2\xb7 Work with the Upland Documentation Manager to ensure documentation meets Upland documentation standards.

\xc2\xb7 Assist other Technical Writers and the Documentation Manager on projects as needed.

Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 Experience writing for a technical audience (IT, developers)

\xc2\xb7 Experience with managing the end-to-end documentation process from research to publishing.

\xc2\xb7 Experience translating complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand, accurate, and concise user documentation.

\xc2\xb7 Demonstrated interest in learning new technologies and the initiative to self-teach. Curious and investigative mindset.

\xc2\xb7 Strong attention to detail.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently and cooperatively as a team.

\xc2\xb7 Understanding and knowledge of Madcap Flare, or other single-source authoring systems.

\xc2\xb7 Working knowledge of CSS, HTML, and XML.

\xc2\xb7 Familiarity with Microsoft Manual of Style and technical writing standards.

\xc2\xb7 Strong command of the English language, including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.

\xc2\xb7 R\xc3\xa9diger, modifier et livrer la documentation de produit, incluant l\'aide en ligne et les notes de version.

\xc2\xb7 Travailler en \xc3\xa9troite collaboration avec la Gestion des produits, le D\xc3\xa9veloppement et autres PMEs afin de v\xc3\xa9rifier l\'exactitude de la documentation et de collecter l\'information sur les nouvelles fonctionnalit\xc3\xa9s et mises \xc3\xa0 jour.

\xc2\xb7 Agir en tant que contact primaire pour la documentation de produit pour les partenaires internes.

\xc2\xb7 Travailler avec le Gestionnaire de la documentation Upland pour s\'assurer que la documentation rencontre les normes d\'Upland.
