LAN Solutions continues to grow and is looking for the right person to join our dynamic team in Calgary.

Responsibilities:



Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and network devices. Respond to IT support tickets promptly and resolve issues efficiently. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system updates, backups, and security checks. Assist in the implementation of IT projects and initiatives. Document IT processes, procedures, and configurations. Collaborate with other IT team members to optimize system performance and reliability. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the IT industry. Evening and afterhours work required.

IT industry

computer networks

--components, topologies, and how it all connects. Experience with

Microsoft 365

, especially

SharePoint

and

Teams

. Proficiency in

Windows Server

administration across all key areas. Strong knowledge of

Windows Workstations

and

Microsoft Office

applications. Skilled in

computer hardware

troubleshooting and repair. Familiarity with

Apple products

and how to support them. Experience with

Microsoft Azure

is a definite plus. A team player mindset--you work well in collaborative environments. A

reliable vehicle

and a

valid driver's license

for client visits. Availability for evening and/or afterhours work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
