We have an immediate opportunity for an

Intermediate - Interior Designer

What you'll do:

Collaborate on and lead interiors projects, including programming client needs, conceptual design, schematic design, and design development Develop space planning concepts and prepare program documents Participate in the selection of furniture systems, finishes, and specifications Provide project team coordination for finished plans, specifications, and material selections required for construction Work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project objectives are met on schedule and within budget Participate in construction administration, including reviewing submittals and finish samples Assist in managing client expectations, team communication, and consultant coordination Contribute to office culture through initiatives, collaboration, and learning programs

Salary:

$65,000 - $85,000 (based on experience)

Locations:

Surrey, Kelowna or Victoria, BC
