About This Opportunity

In this role, you will be designing a wide variety of traditional graphic elements as well as online assets to help support our in-trade initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Planning design concepts
  • Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for print production and online assets.
  • Collaborating with fellow graphic designers and other departments to brainstorm ideas and develop new approaches to creating expressive graphics.
  • Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software.
  • Coordinating with outside suppliers, as well as internal and external stakeholders
  • Communicating with stakeholders about layout and design.
  • Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when appropriate.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in graphic design or related field.
  • 3-5 years\' experience as a graphic designer or in a related field.
  • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio. (please include link with your resume)
  • Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Creative Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
  • Understanding of marketing, production, design, corporate identity and product packaging,
  • A strong eye for visual composition and detail
  • Self-starter, capable of delivering creative ideas with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing deadlines and prioritize projects.
  • Strong influencing and interpersonal skills
  • Able to give and receive constructive feedback
