The FT&S EPM Cloud team is looking for an Intermediate Functional Analyst!


Under the supervision of the Manager FT&S EPM Cloud, the Intermediate Functional Analyst, will support the Product Owners in the functional tasks, support, maintenance and monthly process documentation of the Cloud Financial Solutions. The analyst will participate in the testing and production release of EDMCS (EPM Oracle Cloud COA application) requirements.

What you'll do here:

Cloud Applications: + Documentation and update of monthly protocols surrounding the Oracle Cloud applications.
+ Maintain access files up to date of EPM applications.
Cloud Application Maintenance (including below activities): + Metadata updates and changes.
+ Build forms and reports per user's request.
+ User support (daily, monthly).
+ Review and analyze system updates and validate the impacts on applications.
Manages system issues proactively by performing accurate diagnosis of root cause. Manages business process challenges by offering creative solutions using the features available within the tool or applying auxiliary solutions around the tool. Collaborate with product owners on internal and external audit compliant processes and controls managed as an application administrator. Manage release management for assigned applications. Assist in monthly allocation processes- Oracle Fusion EPCM. Support managing security and access to the system lower environments in place. Participate as a key business partner during multiple internal integration projects as well as for the deployment of future Cloud applications. In both cases: + Ensure that the requirements are understood and respected.
+ Act as a change agent and assist partners in change management.
+ Contribute to acceptance testing efforts (UAT) and facilitate the work of business users.
Collaborate with internal and external auditors during quarterly and yearly audits.

What you bring to the table:

BAC in business administration, accounting, finance or computer systems management. Work experience with Oracle EPM product, EDMCS highly recommended. MS Excel advanced knowledge and complexed formulas, needed. Accounting experience and knowledge is an asset. Experience with 52-109/SOX controls is an asset. Experience working in a corporate finance team. 5 years of relevant experience. Experience with large, national scale projects an asset.

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change. Excellent organizational skills. No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada. For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
