As a full stack developer, you will empower and influence your team, building an exceptional experience for our customers and associates through collaboration and innovative technologies.
We are currently hiring for 12-month fixed-term opportunities with our technology team.
We practice a remote first working model, leveraging in person interactions at our head office, in beautiful Vancouver, BC, for strategic, collaborative, and social purposes.
Make a difference on our Technology team as a full stack developer.
What you'll do as a full stack developer:
Collaborate with engineers and product owners with a flexible, team-first mindset.
Develop, test, debug, and demonstrate your work in an agile environment.
Take initiatives in proposing and implementing application changes to address business needs
Strengthen your leadership skills by giving technical direction to peers
What we're looking for:
3 to 5 years of development experience demonstrating proficiency with core development languages such as Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate)
2+ years of development experience using frontend languages like Node, React and CSS
Skilled in implementing business requirements for both front-end and back-end services.
Experience with Java, Node.js, Typescript, Nest.js and other frameworks
Experience with API-led development and Microservices architecture
Experience with SQL and integrating existing services into projects
Experience creating clear documentation for new services and processes.

Annualized base pay range $86,000.00 - $100,500.00
Starting pay offered will consider skills and experience. Your pay can grow as you build your career with us.
